This Lilienstahl Santoku is forged out of a superior damascus and finished with a olive wood handle. 

Each black star that appears repeatedly on the blade is made of different types of steel and has been forged into a unique ingot with the utmost precision and expertise.

The S-Damascus steel, with bright stars in a repeating pattern, has ample space on the 60 mm wide Santoku blade to showcase its beauty.

The secondary bevel is applied at 2/10 of the blade thickness, giving the kitchen tool a sharp edge and very low cutting resistance. Enjoy effortless work and graceful simplicity in a fusion of Japanese aesthetics and modern forging art.
