The new black and white edition combines our premium 3 ply steel with unique black and white royal ebony, a very rare white ebony. The handle material was cut from leftover posts of an Austrian veneer factory from the 70s. The connecting element of blade and handle is made of durable V2A. For the material composition of the blade, a stainless sheath steel is connected with a high cutting carbon steel layer. This gives about 80% of the blade surface corrosion resistance.
Another advantage of this material combination is the outstanding cutting properties.
